During COVID-19 we are taking all necessary precautions with people, products, and locations. Our small team hand-packs and delivers your orders. Because of the need for extra caution at this time, we are not able to offer any returns or exchanges once it leaves our hands and is in your possession. We deeply appreciate your understanding.

At checkout, please select the delivery window that works best for you.
You will receive an email on the day your order is "ready" for delivery - usually a couple hours before the delivery will be made.
If our driver has any issues, they will call the phone number associated with your order. Please note that because of COVID-19, we can only make lobby, front door, and curbside deliveries. We will not be delivering to your door if you live in an apartment building. Because we are a small team, missed deliveries will incur an extra fee.
Please be ready for your delivery on your delivery day! We don't want to miss you!
DELIVERY FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
If you miss your delivery, your order will be returned to our shop and we will reschedule with you. Your delivery fee will not be refunded and an additional delivery fee will be issued for each delivery attempt made.
